Please note that we are currently offering Puppy School & SuperPup classes but are not currently offering 121 help due to our head trainer being on maternity leave. 

Our office hours are 9am until 4pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  

Due to the nature of our work we spend a lot of time with clients and their pets. Therefore, we aim to reply within 3 working days in line with our office hours. We do not work Weekends or Bank Holidays. Please check your spam/junk email in case our reply has made its way into there.

If we have not seen your pet we are unable to give advice via email or other means, other than to discuss which services may suit you.
